Tradewinds Releases new Customer Portal

Tradewinds has announced the release of the companies new Customer Portal which will allow tighter integration with it's Trading partners allowing them instant real-time access to their systems. This new system is one of Tradewinds latest innovations and is available via the companies website www.tradewinds.net.
"We are pleased to provide this new system for our customers to get access to their information contained within our systems without having to pick up the phone and call us," says Ben Cook, CEO of Tradewinds.
The system allows customers the ability to sign in and have at their fingertips tracking information for loads in progress, image access, information about their trailer pool, financial statistics and the ability to view and print their invoices. "The system has been designed with simplicity in mind with as few clicks as possible to get to information," says Ben Becker, CIO of Tradewinds. "We wanted to provide a fast and easy access to a wealth of information without making it a challenge to get to."
